Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of our signature steamed bagel sandwiches and toppings.
- Deliver friendly, attentive customer service with a positive attitude.
- Keep kitchen, prep, and dining areas clean, organized, and running smoothly.
- Assist with inventory, restocking, and maintaining supply levels.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Work closely with teammates to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Accurately handle cash, payments, and register transactions.
- Create a warm, welcoming experience for every guest.
Requirements
- Prior food service or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a genuinely friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 pounds.
- Must have flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Enthusiasm for great food and willingness to learn our menu.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Team-oriented mindset with a can‑do attitude.
